Orders and Review
Checkout information must be accurate and payment use authorised. We may review, refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, failed payment, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, technical errors, legal restrictions or other legitimate operational grounds.
Products, Pricing and Payment
We seek accurate descriptions; screens, lighting, manufacturing and other reasonable factors can cause minor appearance differences. Checkout presents prices, discounts, shipping, applicable taxes, payment options and the total. Authorisation and applicable security or fraud checks are required.
Preparation and Delivery
Preparation normally takes 2โ4 business days after payment confirmation, or up to 5 during holidays, promotions or exceptional volume. Standard U.S. transit to supported destinations is generally estimated at 10โ15 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges appear at checkout; inventory, location and destination determine fulfilment by our facilities or designated partners.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellation
Eligible returns generally have a 30-calendar-day window after confirmed delivery, subject to our Return Policy. Approved refunds normally take 5โ10 business days after receipt and inspection, using the original payment method. Request cancellation promptly before fulfilment; reasonable efforts are made, but later cancellation is not guaranteed. Successful pre-fulfilment cancellation carries no fee.
Problems and Corrections
For damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete or materially misdescribed items, provide order details and relevant photographs or video. Review determines an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution. Genuine price, description, stock or technical errors may be corrected; materially affected submitted orders receive an explanation and available resolution.
Offers and Consumer Rights
