PAIUENA ยท Return Policy
The following arrangements cover returns, refunds, order problems and cancellations for PAIUENA purchases.
Window and Condition
Eligible goods may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Standard returns generally require unused goods in original condition, original parts and accessories, original packaging where reasonably possible, and proof of purchase or relevant order details.
Request and Address
Email service@paiuena.com before posting, identifying the order, item and reason, with relevant photographs or video. Following review and approval, we provide warehouse details and instructions. Do not automatically use the registered business address.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers generally pay return shipping for preference or change-of-mind returns unrelated to a product or fulfilment problem. Damage, defects, wrong or missing items, and material misdescription attributable to the product or fulfilment receive a suitable replacement, refund or return arrangement without additional customer costs arising from that error.
Inspection and Refund
Receipt may be followed by inspection against return requirements. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, normally within 5โ10 business days after receipt and inspection. The bank or payment provider may need additional posting time.
Order Problems
Report damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed orders as soon as reasonably possible, with order details and relevant visual evidence. We assess the circumstances and offer a reasonable replacement, refund or return solution.
Cancellation
Request cancellation promptly. We make reasonable efforts before fulfilment begins, but cancellation is not assured once fulfilment or shipping starts. Successful cancellation before fulfilment has no cancellation fee.
