Preparation

Payment confirmation starts the preparation period: normally 2–4 business days, with up to 5 during holidays, promotions, exceptional volume or other peak periods. Preparation is separate from transit.

Transit Estimates

Standard transit to supported U.S. destinations is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch, without a guaranteed arrival date. Destination, carrier operations, applicable customs, weather, seasonal volume and other transport circumstances may affect timing.

Methods, Charges and Origin

Methods and charges are displayed before checkout payment. Inventory, product location and destination determine fulfilment by our facilities or designated partners; dispatch may occur from somewhere other than our registered address.

Tracking and Delays

Available tracking normally arrives after dispatch by email or the applicable tracking method. Allow time for carrier events to appear. For extended inactivity or unusual delay, email your order number to service@paiuena.com. We review the information and, where appropriate, consult the carrier or fulfilment provider about next steps.

Missing Parcels

Report an apparently lost parcel with your order number and available tracking. If marked delivered, check the mailbox, delivery area, reception, household members, neighbours and carrier notices. Contact us if it remains missing.

Addresses and Separate Parcels

Provide complete, accurate delivery details. Report mistakes promptly; changes are not guaranteed after fulfilment or shipment starts. Inventory or product location may require separate parcels, with separate tracking where available.
